Well, the only two real expansions are Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine (Usually considered a plug in for pc). Originally KOTN was only going to be released for Playstation 3, but it was later released for all systems: PS3, XBOX 360, and PC. Fighter's Stronghold, Wizard's Tower, Vile Lair, Mehrune's Razor, the Horse Armor Pack, Orrery, Spell Tomes, and Thieves Den are official 'plug-ins' made by Bethesda, the maker of Oblivion.
