Because podcasts are free, they have to use royalty-free music (in most cases) to avoid copyright issues. So you're not going to find a podcast of main stream popular music. You're more likely to find independent music podcasts. My suggestions for music podcasts are Indiefeed.com (they have a few different podcasts for different types of music) and Coverville.com.
